These terms govern use of the Unhinged by Sartha storefront and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and estimated delivery timings are provided in good faith. Screen colours can vary, and small production variations are normal. We may correct genuine errors or update information without notice.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, delivery limitations or other legitimate reasons. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, appear before payment. Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers, whose additional terms may apply.
Delivery and risk
Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, weather, demand or circumstances outside reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate address. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied with the order.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Unhinged by Sartha name, artwork, photographs, copy, product graphics and site design belong to the brand or its licensors. You may browse and share product links for personal use, but may not reproduce, sell, scrape or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
Acceptable use and liability
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload malicious code, impersonate others or use the storefront unlawfully. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to applicable consumer rights.
