Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from marks or odour, and returned with original tags and packaging. Trying a tee on for fit is fine; taking it to brunch is not.
Items we cannot accept
We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or missing original tags. Gift cards, personalised products and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping label. If we confirm an error or defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.
Size exchanges
Subject to stock, an eligible item may be exchanged once for another size of the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy.
Return shipping and inspection
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless stated otherwise. Use trackable packaging. Refund approval happens after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within 5–7 working days after inspection; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless the item was wrong, damaged or defective.
How to start
Email help@unhingedbysartha.com with the subject ‘RETURN + your order number’, tell us the reason, and include photographs where relevant. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
